提出了一种新型格构腹板增强轻木夹芯复合材料桥面板,这种面板具有轻质高强、耐腐蚀、易拼装等特点,可用于军事舟桥等组合结构桥梁领域.该新型桥面板的复合材料面层、格构腹板与芯材在模具内通过真空导入工艺整体一次成型,利用格构腹板提高面层与芯材的整体性,可更大程度地发挥新型桥面板的受力性能.基于复合材料夹层结构经典理论,对该桥面板在典型轮式车辆和履带式车辆荷载作用下的性能进行了受力分析.结果表明:该桥面板的刚度满足设计要求;纤维面层正应力和轻木芯材剪应力均满足强度要求;与原同尺寸军用桥面板相比,减重57%.

This study proposed a new sandwich composite bridge deck reinforced by lattice webs to replace the used bridge deck because of its high bending stiffness,high strength to weight ratios and corrosion resistance,etc.The surface layers,lattice web and core material are integrally formed in the mould at one time through vacuum infusion process,and lattice web integrates surface layers and core material into a whole organically,which thus greatly improve the performance of the new bridge deck.The flexural analysis of the panel is carried out by using the theory of composite sandwich structure.The results show that the stiffness of the new bridge deck can be satisfied.Both normal stress of the fiber surface and the shear stress of the wood core can meet the strength requirements,and the weight of the bridge panel is greatly reduced by 57%.
