Vickers hardness experiment is the most accurate among the static state hardness experiment, but is susceptible to various factors during the actual operation.This article has carried out the analysis on major factors of Vickers hardness experiment, and studied the impact of these factors on vickers hardness value.It is indicated that the operating personnel must follow strictly the standard in testing operation, in order to reduce the measurement error.
