采用无皂乳液聚合法制备了纳米级单分散P(St-HEA)微球,然后在二甲基硅油中自组装形成微米级胶体晶体大球,利用溶胶-凝胶模板法制备了三维有序大孔Y2O3微球。采用红外光谱(FT-IR),扫描电镜(SEM),X射线衍射(XRD)等测试方法对P(St-HEA)微球单分散性及有序大孔Y2O3微球结构和物相组成进行了表征。结果表明,制备的P(St-HEA)微球的单分散性好,其粒径约为280 nm。以单分散P(St-HEA)微球自组装制备得到了微米级胶体晶体大球,胶体晶体大球中P(St-HEA)微球排列紧密有序,缺陷较少。以微米级胶体晶体大球为模板结合溶胶-凝胶法,经900℃烧结得到的有序大孔Y2O3微球,其孔径约为220 nm,其物相为纯相。

Monodispersed poly(styrene-hydroxyethyl acrylate)(P(St-HEA)) latex particles were prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization,and the colloidal crystal balls consisting of monodisperse P(St-HEA) latex particles were prepared by utilizing a suspension system of silicone oil.The ordered macroporous Y2O3 microspheres were fabricated using colloidal crystal balls as sol-gel template.The monodispersity of the particles and the structure of ordered porous Y2O3 were analysed by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the sizes of the monodispersity of P(St-HEA) latex particles are about 280 nm.The colloidal crystal balls composed of P(St-HEA) latex particles possess better sphericity and order.The ordered porous Y2O3 microspheres with diameter of about 220 nm were fabricated when the P(St-HEA) spheres were removed by calcination at 900 ℃,and the crystalline of Y2O3 is pure phase.
