本文以氧氯化锆、氧化铒、二氧化钛等为基本原料,利用沉淀超声法合成了一种由上转换材料ZrO2(Er3+)复合TiO2的光催化剂.用荧光光谱仪测量了上转换材料在420 nm激发下的上转换发光光谱,并用紫外-可见分光光度计分析了ZrO2(Er3+)/TiO2催化剂的光催化能力.以甲基橙为降解对象,研究了在可见光下不同复合量样品的光催化活性,并与紫外光下的结果进行了对比.结果表明:上转换材料ZrO2(Er3+)复合后的光催化剂其催化性能优于二氧化钛,且很好的提高了TiO2催化剂的光谱响应范围,大大提高了可见光利用率.
