研究了CIO纳米粉体的制备.以4N的In、HCl、CuCl2·2H2O、Li2CO3、CuCl等试剂为原料,采用固相法、阳离子交互反应法、化学共沉淀法制备CIO纳米粉体.通过TG-DTZ、CRD、SEM、TEM、BET等现代分析测试手段对制备的粉体进行表征.结果表明,目相法制备的粉体晶粒粒径为1μm,比表面积为3.53m2/g;阳离子交互反应击制备的粉体晶粒粒径为30.032nm,比表面积为27.4m2/g;化学共沉淀法制备的粉体团聚少、分散性好,晶粒粒径为27.815nm、比表面积为42.06m2/g,较前2种方法具有优势.
