以硫酸亚钛和碳酸氢铵为原料,采用控制结晶连续沉淀法制备了介孔二氧化钛微球光催化剂,并分别采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、紫外—可见分光光度计、化学耗氧量等对材料的结构、成分及光催化性能进行了表征.结果显示:试验制备的二氧化钛微球光催化剂具有好的流动性、分散性及球形度,粒径分布在5~30μm,晶粒粒径小于14nm,具有分布窄的孔结构(4~10nm)和高比表面积(138m2/g),属于典型的多孔材料,光催化性能良好,甲基橙溶液脱色率均在95%以上.同时,催化剂具有较好的沉降性,可以多次重复使用.
