本文报道了加造孔剂制造多孔陶瓷湿度传感器的新方法。采用外加石墨粉法制造的多孔钴铁氧[CO_2+(Co_(2-x)~(3+)Fe_x~(3+)O_4]陶瓷,具有稳定的力学性能、物化性能和电气性能。外加10—40wt-%石墨时,多孔陶瓷的电阻对相对湿度的灵敏度增大,而且电阻与相对湿度的关系近似于线性。这种多孔陶瓷含有一氧化钴相和钴铁尖晶石相,造孔剂对基体材料的影响甚微。
