用溶胶-凝胶方法以正硅酸乙酯、硼酸、乙醇钠为先驱体,盐酸为催化剂合成了钠硼硅玻璃,该均质基玻璃的化学组成为:5.74Na2O-21.38B2O3-72.88SiO2 (NBS).用氩离子激光器488 nm为激发光源,硅探测器检测可见光,对制备的玻璃进行了发射光谱检测,在可见光区域发现了非常强的发光,呈现强的、宽的发射带510nm~780nm,峰值位置位于541 nm和615 nm.简要讨论了发射光谱的特性和结构的起因.
