铌镁酸铅(PMN)基陶瓷具有较高的介电常数和机电转化效率,在传感器、驱动器等方面具有广泛的应用.但在制备PMN基陶瓷过程中容易形成稳定的烧绿石结构相,降低了其介电性能与机电转化效率.综述了制备纯钙钛矿结构PMN基压电陶瓷的研究进展,分析了各种制备方法的优劣.
