采用电解液修饰法,利用微弧氧化技术直接在铝基体上制备CoO/Al2O3微弧氧化复合膜层,采用SEM和XRD观察并分析复合膜层表面、截面形貌和相组成,探讨了复合膜层形成机制及对甲基橙溶液催化降解作用.结果表明,微弧氧化复合膜层主要由Al2O3相和CoO相组成,且CoO沉积在Al2 O3陶瓷层表面或者孔洞内;碱性电解液中添加Co(CH3COO)2生成Co(OH)2胶体,从而在热化学作用下分解为CoO,是形成CoO/Al2 O3复合膜层的主要原因;室温常压下复合膜层催化10h可使甲基橙溶液降解率达到96.4%.
