在异辛酸亚锡的催化下,以三溴乙醇作为引发荆,通过L-丙交酯一步开环聚合合成了端基含有溴原子的聚乳酸大分子引发剂PLLA-Br,为进一步通过ATRP反应制备聚乳酸嵌段共聚物奠定基础.利用GPC考察了PLLA-Br的数均分子量及分子量分布与反应时间的关系.FT-IR、~1H-NMR、DSC和TG等结果表明,PLLA-Br链端含有溴原子,属结晶聚合物,其结晶温度在104℃,熔融温度约为180℃,热分解温度高于200℃.

A polylactide macroinitiator(PLLA-Br)was synthesized from L-laetide through the one-step ring opening polymerization(ROP)which was catalyzed by Sn(Oct)_2, and initiated by 2,2,'2'-Tribromoethanol . The relation of the number average molecular weight((M)_n)as well as the polydispersity index(PDI)of the polymer and the reaction time was studied by Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC). The structure and thermal properties of PLLA-Br were further characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FT-IR), ~1H-NMR,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetry(TG), respectively.
