用失重法、极化曲线法和热力学分析法研究了铝在三氯乙酸(TCA)中的行为,探讨了TCA的浓度和反应温度对铝腐蚀速率的影响,求得了动力学和热力学参数,测得腐蚀体系的极化曲线,并讨论了腐蚀电位和腐蚀电流密度等的变化.结果表明:铝在TCA中为匀速腐蚀,受活化控制;腐蚀速率同TCA浓度关系遵循Mathur经验式,腐蚀温度和速率符合Arrhenius公式;三氯乙酸对铝的腐蚀倾向和腐蚀程度可以同无机强酸相比。极化曲线测量表明铝表面无钝化层产生.铝的腐蚀电位与溶液pH值遵循线性关系,在TCA溶液中的腐蚀为阳极溶解控制.

Weightloss and polarization curve measurements and thermodynamic analysis were used to investigate the corrosion behavior of metallic aluminium in trichloroacetic acid(TCA).The effect of the concentration of TCA and reaction temperature on the corrosion rate of aluminium was also examined.The relevant kinetic and thermodynamic parameters were calculated.The polarization curves of corrosion system were drawn,the variation of corrosion potential and corrosion current density etc were analyzed.The results indicated that aluminium suffered from unifom corrosion in the concentration range studied.The relationships between temperature and corrosion rate followed Arrhenius formula,and between TCA concentration and corrosion rate followed Mathur empirical formula respectively.The corrosivity of TCA is equivalent to that of strong inorganic acid.Polarization measurements showed that no passivation layer existed on aluminium surface.There was a good linear relationship between corrosion potential of aluminium and solution pH.It is concluded that the corrosion process was controlled by anodic reaction.
