本文以沼泽红假单胞菌为产氢菌种,实验研究了水力停留时间和进口底物浓度对光纤束生物膜反应器产氢特性的影响。实验结果表明,反应器的产氢速率和光能转化效率均随水力停留时间和进口底物浓度的增大而先升后降;葡萄糖降解效率随水力停留时间的增大而递增,随进口底物浓度增加而先增后减。在进口底物浓度为50mmol/L,水力停留时间为12h时,反应器最大产氢速率和光能转化效率分别为12.1mmol/(m2.h)和23.3%,葡萄糖降解效率为80.270。

In the present study, the performance of photohydrogen production by an optical fiber bundle biofilm bioreactor with Rhodoseudomonas palustris CQK 01 was experimentally investigated, and the effects of hydraulic retention time (HRT) and influent substrate concentration (Cin) were discussed. The results showed that the hydrogen production rate and light conversion efficiency increased and then dropped with increasing HRT and Cin. The glucose removal efficiency was improved by increasing HRT while reached a peak value at middle influent substrate concentration. Under HRT of 12h and Cin of 50 mmol/L, the maximum hydrogen production rate and light conversion efficiency of the bioreactor were 12.1 mmol/(m2-h) and 23.3%, respectively, glucose removal efficiency was 80.2%.
