由于非等温高温变形流程与实际的直接热冲压过程相似,利用Gleeble 3500热/力模拟试验平台,对硼钢B1500HS的高温非等温变形性能进行了研究,获得了B1500HS在不同变形温度和应变速率下的流动应力曲线.研究结果显示:硼钢B1500HS高温非等温变形时的峰值应力明显高于等温变形时的峰值应力.随着变形温度的升高和应变速率的减小,B1500HS的高温流动性能增强.当变形温度高于800℃时,材料成形时的加工硬化率降低,成形性较好;应变速率高于10 s-1时,材料成形时的加工硬化率也降低.
