选用正硅酸乙酯为原始材料,制备了应用于润滑油添加剂的纳米二氧化硅.通过正交实验讨论各反应因素对产率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件.利用XRD、TEM、FT-IR测试手段研究了最佳反应条件下制得的二氧化硅的结构和形貌.结果表明二氧化硅为40nm左右的球形,属于无定形结构,表面含有大量的羟基,可在金属表面形成吸附薄膜.
