针对国内外管道外防腐蚀层缺陷分级尚无量化标准的现状,提出利用修正后的交流电压梯度(ACvoltagegradient,ACVG)缺陷检测数据进行防腐蚀层准确分级评价的方法。在深入分析交流电压梯度检测原理的基础上,建立了管道外防腐蚀层检测模型,进而推导出交流电压梯度检测所用A字架两极问电压差计算公式。利用理论计算公式对试验管道测量的交流电压梯度值进行了修正,结果表明,修正后检测数据可消除管道埋深及施加电流不同对检测结果的影响,交流电压梯度法修正技术可以更准确地评价埋地管道外防腐蚀层状态。

The defect quantified classification standard for buried pipeline external coatings has not been established at home and abroad. In this paper, an accurate evaluation method for external coatings was proposed by the method of calibration data of AC voltage gradient (ACVG). Based on the principle of ACVG detection, a physical model of pipeline anti-corrosion layer detection was established. Therefore, a voltage calculation formula between poles was derived. By using the calculation formula, the ACVG data were revised for the tested pipeline. By using the corrected data of AC voltage gradient, the long-distance buried pipeline layer damage can be accessed accurately.
