Na2SiO3-NaF-NaOH混合电解液中,利用等离子体电解氧化技术在AZ91D镁合金表面制备了氧化陶瓷层.重点研究了电源占空比对氧化陶瓷层腐蚀性能的影响.用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对氧化陶瓷层表面形貌、微观结构和相组成进行了分析,并采用model 1025电化学系统在3.5%(质量分数)的NaCl溶液中对氧化陶瓷层的耐腐蚀性进行了测试.实验结果表明,占空比为50%的样品较占空比为28%的样品更为致密,具有更好的耐腐蚀性能.
