为满足品种开发与产能提高的需要,南阳汉冶特钢有限公司对原纯水二次冷却系统进行了气雾冷却改造,改造后,在其他条件不变的情况下,含Nb、V、Ti类微合金化钢的表面质量合格率较改造之前的93.8%下降到92.5%。后通过对新投产的二冷配水各区的参数等进行优化调整,该类钢的表面质量合格率由优化前的92.5%提高到优化后的98.81%,取得了理想的效果。

In order to develop products and increase production capacity, Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co Ltd improved secondary cooling system and changed pure water into foggy spray cooling. After the improvement, the qualification rate of surface quality of the microalloyed steel with Nb, V and Ti was increased from 93.8% to 92.5% without changing other conditions. The parameter in different zones of secondary cooling system was optimized and the qualification rate of surface quality was increased from 92.5% to 98.81%, achieving desired results.
