分析了我国钢铁厂煤气资源回收和利用现状及影响煤气供需平衡的因素,指出随着钢铁产量的增加、煤气回收技术的完善以及连铸连轧技术等的应用,钢铁生产过程中副产煤气的富余量越来越多。针对这种情况,从预热助燃空气、煤气方面研究了煤气高效利用;从建设能源管理中心、加强煤气管理方面研究了解决煤气供需动态平衡的手段;从不同企业剩余煤气发电模式选择、剩余煤气化工利用等角度探讨了钢铁厂“只买煤不买电”模式的实现和煤气再资源化的可行性。从而认识到钢铁联合企业只要将工艺过程产生的各种煤气全部回收,并具有足够的储存和缓冲能力,选择不同的利用方式和实用有效的节能措施,加强煤气科学管理,就可以实现煤气趋于零放散,并外供电力或化工产品。

the status of gas recovery and utilization in iron and steel industry in China was analyzed and the affluent gas amount was more and more with the steel increasing, gas recovery and continuous casting process adopted. The method of gases utilization efficient was studied from preheating the combustion air, fuel and mixing the high CV gas; the means of gas dynamic balance were studied from constructing the energy management center and enforcing gas management; and discussed the mode of “purchasing coal only, no purchased electricity” in iron and steel works from selecting the generating electricity power models with excess gases in different works, and the feasibility of gas regenerative utilization was researched from chemical way utilization of gases. It was recognized that for the integrated iron and steel works if all kinds of gas were produced from technological processes, were recovered and stored, effective energy saving measures, gas utilization methods and scientific management of gases were implemented, the gas would be zero emission and be able to supply power and chemical products outside.
