利用线性极化法、电化学阻抗谱和塔菲尔曲线法研究 了A3钢在导电混凝土中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:导电混凝土中A3钢表面能够形成保护膜,随着导电混凝土养护时间的延长,膜不断致密化、保护性增加.钢棒表面膜主要由α-FeO(OH)、FeSiO3和α-Fe2O3等组成.A3钢在导电混凝土中养护31天后的腐蚀速度小于0049 mm/a.

The corrosion behavior of A3 steel in a conductive concrete had been investigated by linear polarization,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and Tafel curve.EIS spectra indicated that a protective film formed on steel surface during the curing period.The film became denser with the increase of curing time so that the protectivencess of the film also enhanced.The surface film was mainly composed of α-FeO(OH),FeSiO3 and α-Fe2O3.The corrosion rate of A3 steel in the conductive concrete was less than 0.049 mm/a after curing about 31 days.
