针对燃煤机组燃烧后脱碳遇到的能耗高、成本大等问题,本文提出一种新型电站汽水流程与CO2捕集系统集成方法.该方法通过蒸汽引射器利用高压蒸汽提高低压蒸汽品质,回收高压蒸汽余压;通过部分再沸器疏水打循环的方式回收蒸汽余热;通过脱碳单元低品位热量加热凝结水的方式回收脱碳单元部分余热.结果表明,相较无集成脱碳系统,新集成系统在成本仅增加约0.25%的条件下,机组净出功增加117.56 MW,能效惩罚降低5.32个百分点,最终机组发电成本下降16.72%,CO2减排成本降低35.79%,实现了用较少投资获得较大收益的目标.

On account of the high energy consumption and investment caused by CO2 capture in coal-fired power plant,a novel integrated system with power generation and CO2 capture is proposed in this paper.The novel system adopts three measures:using part of low pressure steam instead of high pressure extracted steam by installing steam ejector to recover the surplus pressure of extracted steam; mixing part of the condensate from reboiler with the extracted steam to recover the surplus heat of the extracted steam; recycling the low-temperature waste heat from the CO2 capture process back to heat the condensed water.The results show that the investment of the novel system is 0.25% higher than that of the conventional decarbonization power generation.However,the power output of the novel integrated system is 117.56 MW higher than that of the conventional decarbonization power plant and the efficiency penalty of CO2 capture is expected to be reduced by 5.32%-points.What's more,the cost of electricity and CO2 avoided is 16.72% and 35.79% lower than that of the conventional decarbonization power generation,respectively.Thus,the novel integrated system achieves the aim to capture CO2 with low energy penalty and economic cost.
