在板形测量系统中,板形辊边部传感器受力状态与覆盖率大小有直接关系。为了得到准确的板形测量值,通过分析接触式BFI板形辊的板形检测原理以及边部传感器在带钢张力作用下的受力状态,推导出了边部覆盖率数学表达式。经现场应用表明,该模型用于BFI板形仪板形测量系统中,为实现精确的板形控制提供条件

In flatness measurement system, at the edge of shape meter sensor has the direct relation between forced condition and the coverage fraction size. In order to obtain the accurate shape of strip measurement value, the strip measurement theory of the BFI shape meter and it’s sensor at tension condition are analyzed .The overlapping degree mathematical expression is inferred. This model used in the BFI strip shape measurement system is applied in practice. It’s realized the precise shape of strip control
