研究了济钢BOF-LF-RH-ASP生产IF钢的工艺流程和关键冶炼技术，解决了冶炼过程中增碳、增硅和可浇性差的问题，成功开发的DDQ级IF钢板，满足客户对深冲性能的要求。
The key technologies of producing cold-rolled IF steel by BOF→LF→RH→ASP process at Jinan Steel were investigated and the problems of severe carbon, silicon pick-up, and poor castability of molten steel during continous casting were resolved. The DDQ grade IF steels meet customers’ requirements for deep-drawing performance.
