通过三种方法制备了碳纳米管(CNTs)改性的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU),研究了碳纳米管对热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的增强、增韧效果.考察了TPU/CNTs复合材料的力学性能、热性能及流变性能.结果表明,碳纳米管能有效地实现对TPU的增强和增韧,在CNT含量为1%时,拉伸强度从54.6 MPa提高到66.0 MPa,断裂伸长率从684%提高到801%.SEM表明CNT在TPU中分散性良好.通过XRD、DSC和TGA表征了复合材料的微观结构和热性能.
