通过光学金相和扫描电镜观察分析了Ti-46.5Al-2.5V-1.0Cr(at.%)合金中添加微量稀土Gd对合金铸态和变形组织的影响。发现,含稀土Gd的TiAl合金铸造组织晶粒尺寸细小;变形宏观组织中均匀变形区较大,变形组织动态再结晶的体积分数高,层片分解较完全。

This paper studied the effects of 0.15at.% Gd on the cast and forged microstructure of Ti-46.5Al-2.5V-1.0Cr alloy. The results show that Gd addition can refine the cast microstructure and enlarge the homogenous zone of forged TiAl. The volume fraction of recrystalization is higher and the lamellas are broken down more completely than those of the alloy without Gd.
