利用声发射技术研究了SM50B-Zc低强结构钢在淬火及正火两种状态下在空气和流动的3.5%NaCl水溶液中的疲劳过程。试验结果表明:在声发射振铃计数率与疲劳裂纹扩展速率及应力强度因子范围之间有良好的对应关系。

Acoustic emission (AE) behaviour during fatigueing in either air or3.5% NaCl solution has been studied for a structural steel (SM50B-Zc) in quenchedand normalized states. The experimental results show that AE activity is affectedstrongly by heat treatment and condition of environments. Some material constantsabout AE resulted from the good relation between AE parameters and fatigue para-meters.
