针对西南酸性油气田腐蚀环境,采用高温高压腐蚀试验、应力腐蚀试验和电化学测试等方法,对商业牌号3YC61新型耐蚀合金在各种酸性环境下的腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明该合金在试验条件下均具有很好的耐均匀腐蚀与耐应力腐蚀性能,平均腐蚀速率优于标准要求,满足酸性油气井对金属材料的使用要求。

According to the environments of the sour oil and gas field in south-west area of China, high temperature and high pressure autoclave, electrochemical and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) tests were used to evaluate the corrosion resistant properties of the new-type alloy 3YC61 produced domestically in wet HzS Media. The results showed that the alloy has good resistance to general corrosion and SCC, the mean corrosion rate is superior to the requirement of corresponding standards for the metal materials used in sour oil and gas fields.
