在FTO导电玻璃上组装了CNTs/Fe-Ni/TiO2多孔复合膜光催化剂.首先制备合成孔剂嵌段聚合物P123和掺杂铁和镍的TiO2前驱体溶胶,然后采用喷涂热解法在FTO导电玻璃上组装掺杂铁和镍的TiO2多孔膜,最后采用CVD法将CNTs原位生长在多孔TiO2膜上,得到过渡金属掺杂的CNTs/TiO2多孔复合膜.通过XRD、SEM、TEM、Rarman和光电流等方法考察了原位生长CNTs的工艺条件对CNTs/TiO2复合膜光催化剂的结构和性能的影响,并通过降解甲基橙溶液评价了CNTs生长工艺条件对光催化活性的影响.考察了多孔复合膜在液相光催化降解中的稳定性.结果表明,原位生长CNTs的较适宜的工艺条件为:温度550~600℃,时间20min.
