在2 GPa高压下将铜铝合金加热到750 ℃后保温10 min,借助光学显微镜和纳米压痕仪研究了高压处理对铜铝合金显微组织、力学性能及摩擦因数的影响.结果表明:经2 GPa高压处理后,铜铝合金的组织得到细化,分布更加均匀;其纳米压痕硬度、弹性模量、硬弹比和弹性回复系数分别为3.87 GPa,13.46 GPa,0.034和83.68%,较处理前分别提高了8.71%,2.75%,6.25%和35.34%,但摩擦因数却稍有降低.
