使用透射电镜对590℃下不同时效时间的P91钢中的碳化物类别、形态及分布的变化进行分析研究.结果表明,经过590℃长达10000 h的高温作用后,P91钢仍然保持较高屈服强度.通过对不同时效时间的P91试样的微观分析发现,P91钢在长时间时效过程中保持高强度的主要原因是因为位错结构的有序化和晶内析出MC型碳化物可以弥补由于晶界碳化物长大和马氏体板条碎化导致的强度损失,从而使P91钢在长时间时效过程后保持较高强度.
