分别在有氧气氛(空气)和还原气氛(氢气/氩气混合气)下生长了YAl3(BO3)4(YAB)晶体,并研究了不同生长条件下生长的YAB晶体的透过和266nm激光的输出性能.结果表明,还原气氛下生长的YAB晶体能够消除266 nm附近的吸收,但是晶体的266 nm输出性能并未得到提高.分析推测了可能的原因,并对下一步工作提出可行性的建议.
