  结合高速高压冷喷涂技术和真空蒸馏技术,在钛合金基体表面制备一种多孔钛涂层,并对涂层的显微结构进行研究。结果表明,多孔钛涂层的体积孔隙率达50%,孔状结构为贯通型,孔径分布范围为30~100μm。

A kind of porous titanium coating was deposited on bulk titanium alloy substrate by high velocity and high pressure cold spray and vacuum distillation processes. Microstructure of the porous titanium coating was investigated. Results show that the coating contains run?through porous structure with around 50% porosity and pore sizes ranging from 30 to 100 μm.
