用TAA作硫源采用快速均匀沉淀法成功制备了立方相纳米ZnS粉体,添加Na2S作烧结助剂可以降低ZnS的烧结温度,有利于保持ZnS立方结构,可以制得接近理论密度的烧结体.

Cubic nano ZnS powders have been successfully prepared by using TAA(CH3CSNH2)as source of S2-.The use of Na2S as sintering agent allows to lower the sintering temperature and to keep the cubic structure,leading to sintered ZnS ceramics with approximately the theoretical density.
