为了模拟风口回旋区内焦炭颗粒的运动情况,建立了DEM-CFD耦合模型.模型充分考虑了颗粒与气体之间的曳力、压力梯度力、虚假质量力、升力等相间力,对回旋区形成过程及大小进行了颗粒尺度的分析,用数值模拟的手段获得风口回旋区颗粒运动的回旋趋势,得到此处颗粒的速度矢量场、气相体积分数、颗粒速度标量云图.结果显示4s时回旋区在风口前形成且稳定,靠近回旋区中心颗粒运动速度最大,远离回旋区中心的颗粒速度减小.计算结果同物理模拟的结果是一致的.
