采用大变形弹塑性接触分析有限元方法,对倒角孔的直接芯棒冷挤压强化工艺进行仿真分析,研究不同大小倒角的孔结构经强化后的周向残余应力分布.结果表明:网格尺度会影响计算结果精度,网格尺度不合理不能得到正确的数值计算结果;在孔的挤入端加工的倒角,外圆直径应小于芯棒工作段直径,在孔的挤出端加工的倒角,外圆直径应大于芯棒工作段直径,这样对采用直接芯棒孔冷挤压强化工艺提高孔结构的抗疲劳性能更有益.
