为了进一步探究芳基硼酸衍生物作为阻燃剂的应用,设计并合成了一种含三嗪环的新型芳基硼酸衍生物:2,4,6-三(4-硼酸-2-噻吩)-1,3,5-三嗪(3TT-3BA).利用热重分析研究了3TT-3BA及其中间产物的热性能,并且对比了3TT-3BA和中间产物对环氧树脂的阻燃性能,研究发现3TT-3BA具有好的阻燃性能.当加入质量分数20％的3TT-3BA到环氧树脂中,环氧树脂的极限氧指数(LOI)达到了31.2％,达到了UL94 V-0级别.通过扫描电镜,探究了3TT-3BA的阻燃机理,得出3TT-3BA为膨胀型阻燃剂.
