采用电感耦合等离子发射法测定铜合金中的铁含量,对其不确定度的来源进行了分析,对其测定结果的不确定度进行了评定,为提高实验室检测和控制能力提供了可靠的参考依据.
In this paper,we analyze the sources of uncertainty of iron content by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry in copper alloy,and evaluate the uncertainty of iron content on the determination in copper alloy.These provide a reliable reference for the improvement of laboratory testing and control ability.
