摘 要:结晶器检测现场存在温度高、粉尘多、噪声大、排线困难等问题。针对上述情况,将蓝牙技术应用于结晶器振动检测之中,设计了一种基于蓝牙技术的无线智能结晶器检测系统。本文给出了该系统的总体架构,传感器侧和上位机侧主要部分的软硬件实现方案以及关键的去噪算法。此系统充分利用了蓝牙技术的无线传输、功耗低、体积小、成本低等优点。工业现场试验证明:该系统运行稳定,传输数据可靠,较好满足了工业现场的实际要求,具有较高的实用价值。
Abstract:On mould vibration detection field, there are many problems such as high temperature, more dust, big noise, inconvenient winding displacement and so on. In view of these various circumstances, a kind of wireless smart mould vibration detecting system based on Bluetooth was put forward, which put the use of Bluetooth technology in mould vibration detecting. This paper designed the system’s overall architecture, presented implementations of hardware and software of its backbone, as well as the denoising algorithm. The system taked advantages of Bluetooth technology benefits, such as wireless transmission, low power consumption, small size and low cost. A series of industry field experiments proved that this system runs stably, transmits data reliably, meets the actual needs of the industry field and has a high practical value.
