通过甘氨酸-硝酸盐法制备出均质纳米粉体La_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)CoO_(3-δ)(LSC),并采用TGA、XRD、BET和SEM等手段进行了表征;同时研究了600~800℃以LSC为阴极材料的单电池的输出性能.结果表明,产物在800℃时已形成钙钛矿相,且具有较高的比表面积,950℃为最佳烧结温度,可获得纳米级多孔显微结构,所得单电池输出性能显著提高;当电压为0.7V时,电池功率密度增幅随温度增加非常明显.

The uniform nanopowders of La_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)CoO_(3-δ)(LSC) were synthesized by glycine-nitrate process and the powders obtained were characterized by TGA, XRD, BET and SEM. Meanwhile, the single cell performance of SOFC based on LSC as cathode was tested from 600 to 800℃. The results showed that perovskite phase could form after heat treatment of the cathode at 800℃ for 2h, and the powders acquired exhibited high specific surface area. Moreover, uniform and porous structure of cathode layers can be obtained by sintering at 950℃ and the single cell with LSC exhibits good electrochemical performance. Furthermore, I-V-P curve analysis revealed that the power density increased obviously with temperature at cell voltage of 0.7V.
