通过测量X70钢的自腐蚀电位、电化学阻抗谱、极化曲线并结合SEM和XRD分析, 研究了添加微量稀土铈(Ce)对X70钢在伊盟土壤模拟溶液中腐蚀行为的影响. 结果表明, Ce可提高X70钢的抗腐蚀性, 随着浸泡时间的延长, 试样的腐蚀率先升高后降低. X70钢的形态主要是不均匀腐蚀和点蚀, X70Ce钢则发生了均匀腐蚀, 腐蚀产物主要为Fe2O和Fe3O4.

The effect of Ce on corrosion behavior of X70 steel in a solution simulated the liquor in nature soil at Yimeng area of Inner Mongolia was investigated by means of measurements of free corrosion potential, EIS and polarization curve, as well as SEM and XRD analysis. The results show that the addition of Ce can improve the corrosion resistance of X70 steel. The corrosion rate first rose then fell down. The corrosion is non-uniform with pittings for X70 steel, while uniform for X70Ce steel. Corrosion products of the steels are mainly consisted of Fe2O3 and Fe3O4.
