材质为34CrNi3Mo的齿轮在使用过程中,发生多个轮齿崩落现象。采用低倍检验、化学分析、夹杂物分析和显微组织分析等方法对崩齿原因进行分析。结果表明,热处理淬火产生的内裂、齿轮淬硬层与基体组织突然过度以及偏载运转是齿轮断裂的根本原因。

Many gears made from 34CrNi3Mo were avalanched during running. The reasons of gears breakage were investigated by means of chemistry analysis, micrograph, as well as inclusion analysis. It is concluded that the gear breakage are originated in the inner breaking of quenching, suddenly transition from harderning case to base strcture and deflection of gear.
