采用激光熔覆法于45钢表面熔覆了WC/Co-Cr合金涂层,研究了涂层的组织与高温滑动磨损特性.结果表明:所制备的涂层高温耐磨性能良好.磨损试验温度为室温(RT)至200℃时,熔覆层的磨损机制表现为磨粒磨损与粘着磨损;200 ~500℃时,磨损机制转变为轻微擦伤与氧化磨损共同作用;600℃时磨损机制为塑性涂抹.
