在热力学平衡的基础上,利用描述闪速熔炼中微量元素行为的数学模型,结合闪速熔炼整体平衡计算结果,对As,Sb,Bi在铜闪速熔炼中的行为进行了计算机模拟.计算结果与文献结果及工业观测数据吻合较好。同时,模拟计算了冰铜品位、氧气浓度、温度及精矿中微量元素含量等因素对微量元素行为的影响.

A computer simulation on the distribution behaviour of As, Sb and Bi during copper flash smelting has been carried out by using a mathematical model as well as the results of the overall equilibrium calculations. The results are in good agreement with those obtained from previous studies and industrial data. The effects of some operating conditions such as matte grade, oxygen potential, temperature and contents of minor elements in concentrate were predicted and elucidated.
