攀钢2号高炉于2004年6月开始结瘤,炉身上部炉瘤粘结高度达4~8m,厚度最大为1.5~1.8m,对高炉生产造成了严重的影响,高炉被迫停炉处理结瘤.通过对高炉结瘤物进行调查与成因分析,弄清了结瘤形成的原因,提出了预防结瘤的措施:加强烧结原料的管理,减少高ZnO原料入炉.

No. 2 blast furnace of Pan Steel was found to began accreting since June 2004. Now the height and thick-ness of accretions in the upper stack were amounted to 4-8m and 1.5-1.8m, respectively. This has seriously de-creased the production, so the blast furnace had to blow out to treat the accretions. According to the investigating and analyzing for the accretions, the accretion formation reasons were clarified and prevention measures were put forward. The main measures are intensifying the manage of sinter materials and decreasing the amount of high con-tent of ZnO materials charged into blast furnace.
