高级检索

采用快速化学液相气化渗透法制备了2D-C/C复合材料;观察了沉积过程中,预制体内部已沉积C/C复合材料截面轮廓的变化;解释了不同沉积阶段致密化区域分布特征的变化规律;分析了化学液相气化渗透过程中热解碳的沉积特征.研究发现:随着沉积的进行,已沉积区域的外侧面始终以一种类似圆弧层的形式逐渐向外侧推进,已沉积区域的截面轮廓形状由"月牙形"逐渐变为"面包"形;纤维表面热解碳涂层不断增厚,且沉积温度越高,纤维表面涂层增厚越快.
