通过三点弯曲疲劳试验研究了30CrMo钢经过化学镀Ni-9.5wt%P后的疲劳性能,用SEM观察分析了疲劳断口.结果表明,经200℃、400℃、600℃处理后,镀件的疲劳性能较基体分别下降了39%、52%、55%.分析认为,镀件的疲劳性能主要与镀层本身的疲劳性能及镀层的内应力有关.
