采用金相显微镜、测厚仪对铝合金硬质阳极氧化膜和添加n-SiC复合阳极氧化膜的横截面组织、纵截面组织进行分析和研究,采用扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪证实n-SiC进入了氧化膜中,运用磨损试验对复合阳极氧化膜性能进行了性能检测,结果表明,添加n-SiC铝合金复合阳极氧化膜的耐磨性能较好。

Optical microscopy and thickness gauge were used to study the interface structure of cross section and longitudinal section of hard anodic oxidation film and complex anodic oxidation film with n-SiC addition. The results of SEM and EDS show that n-SiC entered into the oxide film. Performance of the complex anodic oxidation film was tested by friction and abrasion testing and salt-fog corrosion testing. The results show that the complex anodic oxidation film with n-SiC addition had better properties.
