本文基于脑部的生理结构,建立了三维重构后的脑部传热模型。通过数值计算,获得了正常生理情况下的面部温度分布。结合发热时人体生理机能的变化,发现代谢产热和血液温度为脑部温度分布主要影响因素,在此基础上分析了发热时导热系数和对流换热系数对额温的影响。最后经实验得到了不同体型人群额温与耳温差异性的统计规律。本研究为体温筛查提供了一定的理论依据。

The reconstruction of 3D heat transfer model is established based on the analysis of physiological structure of the head. The temperature distribution within the brain is calculated using numerical method. Given the variation of physiological function during fever, we find that the main influencing factors of the temperature distribution are metabolic heat generation rate and blood temperature. Moreover, we analyze the effects of heat conductivity and heat transfer coefficient on the forehead temperature. We also explore the relationship between the forehead temperature and ear temperature in different populations. The results will provide theoretical basis for disease control and prevention.
