聚醚醚酮(PEEK)作为80年代开发的一种全芳香族半结晶性的特殊工程塑料,具有耐化学腐蚀、耐高温、自润滑性、阻燃性、耐剥离性、耐疲劳性、机械性能好等特点,在航天航空、汽车、船舶、电子、医疗等领域得到了广泛的应用,但其耐磨性能仍然不能满足某些特殊用途,如抗疲劳和抗冲击零部件的要求.因此,对PEEK进行改性处理,从而可以得到力学性能或耐磨性能更加优异的PEEK塑料合金或PEEK复合材料.本文综述了聚醚醚酮复合材料耐磨性能的改善方法及其磨损机理.
