采用熔体快淬法制备了一系列FeCoMoCrZr非晶薄带,用XRD、DSC研究Cr/Mo比对(Fe0.58Co0.42)73Mo17-xCrxZr10系非晶合金变温晶化行为的影响.结果表明,x在9~17之间时,合金基本上以非晶结构为主;随Cr/Mo比减小,特征温度Tg、Tx、Tp均向高温区移动,合金的玻璃转变和晶化行为均具有动力学效应;采用Kissinger法与Ozawa法的计算结果非常接近,都呈现Ex>Ep≈Eg的规律;随Cr含量增加,Ex增大.合金的阶段晶化激活能Eo随晶化分数x的增加先增加后降低.
